Stephanie Hahn, Pilates Instructor
She began Pilates study in 1999 with the PhysicalMind Institute and completed her 2 year certification program in 2002. Stephanie is a dedicated follower of the Pilates method of conditioning which creates a balance in the human body by teaching one how to access the "core". Through her teaching, the client gains improved core stability by strengthening the abdominal, spinal and pelvic muscles as well as achieves long, lean muscular tone, improved postural control, coordination and creates a harmonious mind-body focus. This is achieved by focusing on precise fundamental movements that create stability and postural change from deep within the body. The Pilates' work is then progressed safely according to the client's needs, limitations and goals.
Married in 1993 and the mother of three active young sons, she and her family enjoy travel, camping and fishing. Stephanie has enjoyed running since age 10, and frequently competes in triathlons with her husband. She joined CorePower Health and Fitness in April 2006.
