Personal Training Programs
Our personal training programs are customized to fit your goals and needs by combining the right mix of cardiovascular conditioning (endurance training), strength training (resistance), and flexibility (stretching). We can guide you in designing a fitness program that works for you and will assist you in making exercise a part of your lifestyle. Private or duet sessions are available for all ages.
Personal Training Locations
Training is by appointment only and is available as a private or semi-private session. We have locations available in North, Central or South Austin. Training can also be in your own home. Please call for more information.

Private One-Hour Session
Single session $60Four sessions $200
Duet One-Hour Session
Single session $45 per clientFour sessions $160 per client
Sessions expire 30 days after date of purchase.
