Our group fitness programs are designed to be fun and help you reach your greatest potential and address all areas of the mind, body and spirit.

Core Power Yoga

Practice a combination of Yoga, Pilates, stretching and relaxation to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility and promote relaxation while training the mind and body to work together to achieve overall fitness.

Tai Chi

Learn to perform a sequence of standing Tai Chi movements to improve balance, strength, flexibility and the mind-body connection.

Stretching

Improve flexibility and learn how it can improve your performance.

Stress Reduction and Relaxation

Discover how movement, awareness and breathing exercises can help you relieve tension and stress in your body and mind.

Partner Exercise

This group class is designed for two people to assist and challenge one another during a floor class that combines Pilates, Yoga, Stretching, Meditation and Tai Chi principles.
