Flexibility Training Programs
We offer the Stretch To WinTM flexibility training system which integrates with any strength and conditioning program. These techniques are a painless, highly effective stretching of the fascia and muscle (myofascial) which provide the best way to gain functional range of motion, muscle and joint realignment, and more power by releasing bodily restrictions that predispose you to injury and inhibit performance.

Dynamic pre-game stretching prevents tightening up during active competition and improves ability of the muscle to contract during sports.
Static stretching after a game/event will relieve all knots/tension caused by extreme training and competitive sport.
Flexibility Training Locations
Flexibility Training using the Stretch to Win system is available at our studio, at your home or on the field. We also travel to Houston, TX and Baton Rouge, LA frequently to provide these treatments. Please call for more information.
Flexibility Training Fee Schedule
Studio Rates
Private90 minute session $90*
Four 60 minute sessions $300
* If you have an acute or chronic injury and a physician's referral, we can provide receipts to file for insurance reimbursement.
Group
30 minute session $45 (two clients can share the hour/$45 each)
20 minute session $30 (three clients can share the hour/$30 each)
Onsite Rates*
